Partnership Guidelines

To protect the quality of the dinners:

  • No sales pitches, demos, or promotional materials
  • All participation is conversational and facilitated
  • Partner seats are limited per dinner to preserve intimacy
  • Alignment approval is required prior to confirmation

Partnerships are often expensed as executive relationship development or client engagement, depending on internal guidelines.

Ongoing Partnerships

Some partners choose to participate in multiple dinners throughout the year to deepen relationships, build continuity, and increase long-term value.

Multi-dinner partnerships can be structured based on mutual fit and interest.

Questions You're Probably Asking

Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

No. Nobody presents, nobody pitches, and there are no slides. We’ve hosted eleven of these and the number of pitches is zero. If someone tried, they wouldn’t be invited back.

A sponsor does, and I’d rather tell you that up front than have you figure it out at the table. One company underwrites the dinner and sits in the room as a peer, not a vendor. They get the same seat you do and the same rules. What they’re buying is the chance to be in a real conversation with people at your level instead of chasing you through LinkedIn.

Roughly fifteen executives. Recent tables have included CIOs, CISOs, and Chief Data Officers from companies like Honeywell, Oceaneering, and Apache. Every seat is picked individually, and we don’t seat direct competitors together. If you want to know who’s coming before you commit, ask me and I’ll tell you.

Nothing.

Initial networking, then dinner. One table, one conversation, a couple of hours. I facilitate, which mostly means I keep it honest and make sure the quiet people get heard. There’s a few topics to start, but not a formal agenda.

Not by me, and not by the sponsor. There’s no follow-up sequence, no drip campaign, no list you got added to. If you and someone at the table want to keep talking, that’s yours to decide.

Most seats come through people already in the room. If you think you belong at the table, request an invitation and I’ll take a look. Not everyone gets a seat, and that’s the point.
